Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Dimitri. I'm a JavaScript web developer based in Paris, France.
I create and gather programming exercices specifically for JavaScript web developers. For now, I'm focused on expanding the JavaScript exercises page.
Some facts about me:
- I was born and I lived the first 18 years of my life in Guadeloupe, a French Caribbean archipelago. A very beautiful place.
- My MBTI profile is ISTJ. I'm a logistician.
- I worked 10 years in the marketing field before becoming a web developer in my mid thirties. A couple of years ago, I was an "old" junior developer.
- I knew nothing in IT. I had to learn everything from scratch. I learnt the fundamentals at Launch School. I started at 33. I got my first job in a SAAS company at 36. I'm in a team of 6 web developers. They have from 5+ to 20+ years of experience.
Why this website exists
On my journey to learn how to program, I noticed that there are many resources, but too few collections of interesting exercises to practice. This is exactly the reason why I created this website: to have sets of exercises that I do regularly myself.
